Hello everyone my name is Rhonda Jenkins. I am writing this review for Melissa Anderson. Let me start with l had a house in attalla I wanted to sale and had tried to just sale myself with no luck. I was in the process off buying a house of my dreams in the country. The bank had given me 6 months to sell my house. So I contacted Melissa and ask her could she help cause I only had a short period of time to get it sold. She came that day and sit with us and we told her everything we could do and that we had to get it sold. She assured us she would do her part so we handed it over to her. She put reality signs out that day and told us if she need us she would call. We had lots going on as you could imagine getting moved ,child in school, anyway. Melissa work hard and got a buyer but there were things that they wanted done and she worked out all the paper work took care of ever detail and all I had to do was meet her at lawyer office to sign papers. She diffently knows her job and totally mastered this sale. I definitely would recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She is awesome. And best part works for the person that is dealing with her to get what they want and need on a timely base. I can't sing her praises enough for she helped us see our dream come true in this life. Thank you Melissa if you are reading this. Anyone out there will not be dissapointed with her she is the best. She has all the knowledge of buying and selling Mastered!!!!!!!!
