Marty was a great asset for us selling a house while out of state. He guided us through the whole process and we were able to get an offer over asking price the first day it was on the market. Having him able to meet vendors at the house to help with repairs before the sale was a lifesaver as well with us not being in town to be there ourselves. If we were still in town we would definitely use Marty as our realtor again!

This is the worst agent we have ever come across he discriminated against me and my husband. He was very judgmental and questioned my husbands worth. We were applying to rent a house and he told my husband I dont want you to get over your head with these payments yet my husband makes 7x the rent price? Definitely do not work with this agent if you are Hispanic or a person of color. You will be discriminated and judged by him and his workplace. I'm glad it didnt work out as we found a better home in Dr. Phillips that we were approved in less than 24 hours as they never saw how we looked yet Marty took a week of interrogating our lives for a simple rental application.
