Greater Impact Realty

I've known Carrie for a few years now. When ever I have a real estate question. Or I'm looking for help buying or selling a property she is my go too. I just feel comfortable working with her.

If anyone is looking to buy or sell a house or land, I can not recommend Jim Holmes enough!! He was amazing all throughout the process of us buying our home. Multiple times we looked a 5 houses a day (our request). He is such a genuinely nice person who cares about his clients! I would text him with multiple questions or requests a day and he was always quick to respond. I had never met him before he showed us the first home but now I consider him my friend!

Mouin is, without question, the best there is. He checks all of the boxes that make an outstanding realtor: prioritizes his clients best interest; trustworthy; knowledgeable; pays attention to detail (which I assure you benefited me greatly while recently purchasing a home), thinks ahead, and keeps you informed. I highly recommend giving him a call!

As first time home buyers, we had no idea what any part of the home buying process was. Mouin was beyond exceptional when it came to helping us understand and navigate this process. He went above and beyond to get us the exact house we were needing for our family and was always a phone call away! I would recommend him over and over again for home buyers/sellers!!

Amazing!!! She helped so much & and made the process less stressful. From beginning to end moved very quickly. We were very surprised how fast we got to close on the house and get the keys. It took looking around to find that perfect house ,but Carrie was always willing to show us what we wanted to look at. It didn't matter what time of day, made it happen. She's AMAZING
