Greater Charleston Properties

Joy made purchasing our first house a breeze. She was always available to answer any of our questions and walked us through the process start to finish. She is knowledgeable and negotiated for us during the process. I would highly recommend her if youre looking to purchase or sell your home in the Charleston area!

Dan was excellent in negotiating the sale of two houses for us, and was completely aware of all of the ingredients necessary for a successful sale experience. He helped get needed small repairs done at a lower price than anticipated.

Dan was excellent! He and his team went above and beyond to help us get the most out of our property. His experience and local knowledge helped the home sell quickly and gave us a huge advantage in the market.

Joy did an exceptional job explaining the process to a first time buyer in South Carolina. She was very patient, knowledgeable and detail oriented. I had such a positive experience I returned to her a second time to buy a rental property and have since recommended her to my friends and neighbors. Highly recommend Joy and her full-service team!

Dan did a fantastic job selling our home. He and his team communicated every detail and kept us informed every step of the process. Couldnt find a better team to get the job done. We are grateful for the experience and would recommend Dan and Greater Charleston Properties to anyone buying or selling a home in or around the Charleston area. Great job! Happy clients!
