Brittney was professional and well informed. She was patient and meticulous in finding just the right homes that fit our requirements. Once we found the house we wanted she was careful to walk us through every step of the sale and helped answer all of the last minute questions that we had. She supported us and made sure that we knew that she was there if we needed anything. It was such a relief to know that she would do anything in her power to make the process quick and smooth. I have and will continue to refer friends to Brittney when they are looking to buy or sell their home.

Brittney is very reliable and was always in our corner when we had an issue. We were first time home buyers with little knowledge and a quick closing deadline, and we would've been lost without her knowledge. She is easy to get a hold of and always quick to answer a question. Highly recommended!

Being first-time buyers on a short sale was a stressful experience to say the least, but Brittney did a great job helping us understand and navigate the process, from understanding the market, to choosing our place, to dealing with brokers and inspectors with us. There was no purchase pressure from her (in fact, she still took us on house tours a few weeks into the short sale to make sure we were 100% happy with the house we bought) and no unwillingness or hesitation to handle some of the more difficult aspects of the process. 0/10 want to buy a house on short sale ever again, but 10/10 would use Brittney should we choose to do so.

She goes over everything with her clients and keeps them updated on everything that is being done on the transaction. Gets back to her clients in a fast and timely manner.Brittney listens to her clients on all their needs and wants. She meets them both just right on what her clients are looking for.
