I am writing a super positive recommendation for DeeJay January-Jackson in response to the exemplary service that DeeJay provided in a recent out-of-state real estate purchase. DeeJay was super responsive via text, answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was pleasantly proactive in reminding me when signatures were due on documents. Through it all, DeeJay was unfailingly pleasant, positive and super professional. I could tell that she has her client's best interests at heart and provides first-class service with a smile.

DeeJay is one of the most knowledgeable realtors I've ever worked with. Her expertise in the field was beneficial to me and led me to do a few extra inspections on the home, which ended up being very necessary as radon is not typically tested for, unless it's requested. Moreover, DeeJay listened to what I wanted, was avaliable for questions whenever I had them, and got the answers right away when she didn't know. This included talking me through some anxiety over repairs to the home during the purchasing process! She even connected me to my home inspector to help me understand his findings and what it would mean in owning and taking care of the home. Combined with her professionalism, compassion, and consideration for her clients, she is absolutely the best! I'm very happy with my home purchase which was probably the 20th home I asked her to show me! And I'm grateful to her for everything she did for me when I really needed a home to start over!
