Grant Team Properties RE/MAX Elite

The Vince Grant team is the best! From the first meeting with Vince and Cole I knew we were in good hands. David communicated the process and where we were at in that process. The team walked us through the process of selling our home and answered all our questions in a timely manner. I would recommend this team to anyone who wants to make sure your real estate company is working for you.

As first-time homebuyers, we couldnt have asked for a better experience working with Cole! He was knowledgeable, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He made buying our first home feel easy and stress-free, and we always felt supported. We highly recommend him!

Vince, Cole, David guided the sale of our home to a successful, on-time closing. Marketing materials and listing paperwork were prepared promptly, and communication regarding transaction logistics was consistent throughout the escrow period.

We used Grant Team Properties to list my mothers Condo. Cole Grant, the listing agent was very thorough and informative from our very first meeting. We came to a mutual agreement to sell and closed quickly in a very difficult Condo market. The entire team, Vince, Cole and David were terrific and kept us informed on the progress with weekly check-ins. We will definitely use the Grant Team Properties again!

Grant Team did a great job with selling my prior home and purchasing my current home. They have many years of experience and are very knowledgeable and competent.
