Grande Dunes Properties

Josh did a great job handling my listing--addressing issues and finding quick resolutions. He is a thorough professional and was very considerate of any concerns I had during the process. I was glad to have him on my side!

Not only did Joshua expedite various maintenance issues that needed attention while I could not physically be present at the house he did so with compassion because of the recent death of my husband.

Joshua is very professional, knowledgeable. His responses are fast that leave no wonder to the owners. He understands owners direction and guide thru what he has to be done and why. His marketing skills are excellent that my listings are everywhere. 3D video was very tastefully made for clients convenience. I will refer anyone's without hesitation.

Great agent! Gave helpful advice and was extremely friendly. My husband and I enjoyed working with him. I recommend him to those looking to buy/sell in Myrtle Beach area.

Very knowledgeable young man who knows the Myrtle Beach area very well. Showed us several properties within our price range. Very courteous and listens well to find the right match just for you.
