Jeanna Homesley was like an old friend when we first met her! She is such a kind and thoughtful person and it shows through her work as a realtor. My husband and I lived 400 miles from Myrtle Beach during the time we purchased the land to build our home. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of the community of our future home. We had so many questions, she would always know the answer or if she did not know, she would get back to us. There were times during the building process, I would call Jeanna to ask her to go to the building site to see how things were going and she would. She would always return my calls or emails in an appropriate amount of time. That means so much in today's busy world where there is always fifty million things going on at once! It was like we were her only client!Jeanna made the closing go smoothly. She would always send us in the correct direction and make sure we had the correct paperwork for everything!Till this day, my husband and I regard Jeanna Homesly as a friend!
