We contacted Lisa after our original agent was non responsive. Lisa was very intuitive and was able to decipher our needs and wants and aligned them with our budget. She was very friendly, consistent, professional, and most importantly knowledgeable about the advantages and disadvantages of buying land versus property, or heavily treed versus meadow. Lisa made us aware of both the issues and rewards of each property she showed us. Most admirably, Lisa was very patient with us as we looked for our dream cabin getaway. She negotiated with the seller, made arrangements for the home inspection, and offered her services to ensure the electric was on and water was available to do a proper inspection. Since we are located in Phoenix and the property was in Williams, she went above and beyond to assist us in every way. She even stayed on top of the lender and title company. In fact, her information proved to be more reliable than the lender or title company. This was truly the most pleasurable experience we have ever had when purchasing a home.
