Bev managed a 6 unit apartment house for me for many years (more than 10 years). She also helped me sell the apartment house.She did it all. Since I live on the other side of the country (California) she was completely on her own. I would not hesitate to have her manage any unit I had in her area.

I was inquiring about 13 Westwood drive. She said it was not yet on the market. She explain with the new laws it would take a few years because the property has been abandoned for three years. I still am interested in it.
