As a military family coordinating return from deployment overseas, as well as a move across the country upon return, we were unable to tour houses in person and yet needed a place to land before starting the next tour in Southern California. Despite this, Robyn Goodkind (virtually) took us through, in immaculate detail, each of the homes that we were interested, as well as proposed lovely options tailored to our family's budget, wants, and needs. Each house she toured with us she set out pros and cons of cost-to-value, location, and any architectural nuances. She was more than open to discussion and feedback given some of the unorthodox interests and pets we have. She helped us pursue some houses that she advised caution against, and when it didn't work out, where "I told you so" would have been apropos, she was ever graceful and helped us to pivot and rebound quickly! Ultimately, the house that she recommended highest was the one we decided upon; however, once the paperwork was signed (remotely), when most folks cut ties and run, she was just getting started. She went through great lengths after closing to ensure that the house was move-in-ready. Now, having unpacked and settled for a short while, we are ready to take on our next chapter, and we owe it, sincerely, to Robyn. Thank you Robyn!! ( o o )

She guided us every step of the way in selling my mom's (my childhood) home, with respect and understanding of not just the business end of things, but the human side. Robyn helped us move from the east coast to California. She worked with us remotely to show us homes and attended all appointments, like inspection and walk thru's, on our behalf. Robyn always had our best interest as her priority. She took care to make sure that we made strong offers, but didn't overpay or compromise our earnest money.
