Good Real Estate Team

Working with Esteban was an absolute pleasure! From day one, he was completely honest and genuinely cared about what was best for our family of four. He listened closely to our specific criteriaaEUR"a 4+ bedroom home with a loft and a spacious backyard around the $700k markaEUR"and took the time to find options that truly fit our needs. What blew me away was his incredible flexibility. On one occasion, I called him at 1:00 PM asking to view a home by 5:00 PM that same day. Even though the property was over an hour away for both of us, Esteban made it happen without hesitation and got us through the doors before the deadline. Overall, Esteban is honest, kind, thorough, and extraordinarily dedicated. I cant recommend him enough!

Buying our first home felt pretty intimidating, but working with Hung made the whole experience so much easier. He was incredibly patient, always took the time to answer our questions, and explained everything in a way that made sense. We never felt rushed or pressured, which meant a lot to us. From showing us homes to writing our offer and getting through closing, Hung was there every step of the way. He was easy to reach, kept us updated throughout the process, and always looked out for our best interests. His knowledge and guidance gave us the confidence to make the right decisions. We couldn't be happier with our new home and are so thankful we had Hung helping us along the way. If you're buying your first home and want someone who's friendly, trustworthy, and truly cares about his clients, we highly recommend giving Hung a call. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel exciting and rewarding!

Grant was responsive and helped me breeze through a complex buying process that I had never done before in a highly competitive market. Not only was he always a pleasure he went above and beyond. At the property I eventually bought we noticed a slight dot out of reach on the ceiling. It didn't seem problematic but the next time we were there he had brought a ladder so we could reach and inspect the innocent dot! Both the buyer and I wanted a rapid turn for the contingencies and buying process and Grant was the person who ensured everything moved along smoothly. This included arranging a quality home inspector in just over a day or so notice. Grant was with me every step of the way and able to answer any question I cared to ask (and note the questions I might not yet be correctly asking). Definitely recommended.

Sergio did a great job overall. Considering how complicated the process of buying a house is and all the paperwork and waiting involved, this went relatively smoothly.

Elsa did an outstanding job helping us find our first home and helping us through the process. She was also very knowledgeable about the loan process when we worked with our lender. She is very honest and supportive. I would highly recommend her services and will be using her again in the near future. Thank you Elsa.
