Golovey Real Estate

We had an incredible experience working with Sam and Elena Golovey. From our very first conversation, it was clear they weren't interested in just giving us a standard sales pitch. Instead, they provided a really thoughtful, tailored service that felt premium from the jump. Sam knows the area and the comps inside and out, and his strategy was incredibly sharp but entirely fairaEUR"he never tried to oversell us on anything and we trusted him to handle negotiations with ease and our best interests in mind. The whole process was seamless and moved fast. Thanks to their execution, our place sold in just three days, above what we were asking, completely beating out the local comps. From top to bottom, it was just a genuinely great experience. We couldnt recommend them more!

I have sold 2 homes with Sam and purchased 2 homes with Sam. He and his team are great at both. He knew how to present our property well to the market and always sold quickly. We have also had some complexity to our home purchases which he expertly navigated and provided good advice on. He treats the process as a relationship and not a transaction. All around enjoyable to work with! I have referred him to friends and family who have felt the same about their experience.

Sam, Elena and team went above and beyond in helping our family purchase a new home in Rocklin. They know the area well, and are careful and detail-oriented in reviewing contracts and ensuring all of the necessary items are in place for a smooth transaction. Highly recommend Sam and the Golovey team if you are in the market. Thank you!

We absolutely loved working with Sam and Elena! They helped us sell our home and purchase our new construction home, and we couldnt be happier. They were always there to answer our questions, kept us updated every step of the way, and made the whole process feel easy. We truly felt like they cared about us and had our best interests at heart. We are so thankful for everything they did and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Weve been working with Sam for about 7 years, and he helped us buy and sell our first home. He was patient, knowledgeable, and paid attention to what we needed in our next house. He never sent us listings that didnt apply. Once we were ready, Sam was quick to schedule showings and put in offers. We really appreciated his help and recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
