Olivia helped us buy a giant house !!! Under asking!!! Her keen read of the situation is what lead to us getting this house. She is an incredibly knowledgeable and steady companion while navigating the treacherous waters of the LA real estate market. We cannot recommend her more .

This guy Phu is the absolute best realtor Ive ever had the pleasure of using to buy my house. I'm a first time home owner now and it never would had been possible without him. He knows the ins and outs of home buying like the back and front of his hand. We found a house that has over 42 offers on it and I got it because of him. He just knows everything that you need to succeed not to mention hes really nice and fast guy. I have many realtor friends and even my family is in real estate. But I went with him and I never regretted a second. If you are looking for a house or just anything. Phu is the absolute best and you will not regret it! Contact him right now if youre on the market. You will not be disappointed.

My spouse and I just purchased a condo with Phu's expert help. He did a great job helping us narrow down our search to the perfect area. Then, Phu guided us in making a strong offer on the condo that got us accepted without any further rounds of bidding. Phu also helped us negotiate credits for various repairs. On top of all that, Phu is super amiable and just a great guy to work with. We highly recommend working with him!

Phu helped my wife and I with our first home purchase and our experience amazing! As first time home buyers, we did not have any knowledge or experience in this process and Phu thoroughly walked us through each and every step of the way. Phu was reliable and always quick to respond whenever we had questions. He always made sure we were in the loop during the negotiation process. I would highly recommend Phu to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

My agent, Phu Nguyen is a fast, skilled, and amiable professional. He helped me secure a beautiful desert home in the prestigious Andalusia Country Club in La Quinta. I am a very busy business owner and he was always respectful of my time. On short notice, he efficiently arranged showings for 20+ homes, all in one day. Through quick rapport and negotiation, he was able to work out an off market deal with a top local agent. The best part of my transaction is that i was able to purchase the home for $150,000 less than the model match which sold a few weeks earlier. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a top notch agent. I have many friends and family members in the real estate industry, yet I entrusted him to get the job done!
