Golden Key Realty, Inc.

Margie was amazing and extremely helpful in our search for a new home. She was always professional, responsive and proactive about working issues and getting information for us. We put full trust in navigating us through a seven month process of a new construction build and are beyond satisfied. We absolutely recommend her services and will be using her in the future to sell our previous home.

Margie really helped us make the move from Florida to Georgia. She really listened to what we needed, and delivered. She is a very good communicator. It is a pleasure to talk to someone who knows her business. I would definitely use her service again, and would highly recommend her to anyone

For the past several months Margie has helped me in my search for an investment property in Warner Robins. Unlike many real estate agents that I have engaged in the past, I always found Margie to prioritize my interests ahead of her interests in closing the deal. In fact, she advised me against making offers on several properties. I really appreciated this as an out of town investor. I recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Warner Robins use Margie's services.

When we decided to sell an out of town property in the Warner Robins area, we looked to Zillow for possible listing agents. After looking over the many agents, Margies reviews rose to the top. Upon meeting Margie, she was very professional and extremely knowable of the area along with current market conditions. Once we set everything into motion, Margie went to work very quickly and proficiently. It was also very evident that she was able to drive every aspect of the speed humps we encountered from the buyer while balancing strong relationships with the various loan entities. If you are looking for a solid real estate agent, look no further than Margie.

Margie is the best! She has the unique combination of professional knowledge and down-home friendly personality. She was on top of everything and had wonderful communication with us, day and night! She provided sound advice as to how to prepare the house and property so as to make it the most attractive for selling. She was able to sell our home quickly and get us a great price. Would definitely recommend her to anyone!
