The Bedbury Group is absolutely wonderful to work with. Theyre extremely patient. When they show you a house thats exactly what you asked its but you dont quite like it, theyll help you talk through it and figure it out instead of being frustrated. Theyre also just fun to explore new houses with. When we found a place we wanted to make an offer on, they continued to be excellent. We had multiple conversations with them about when to make the offer, what kind of time limit to attach to it, what amount to start at, etc. all while respecting the hard limit we had on price that we werent willing to go over. And they worked really hard with the sellers agent to get them to accept our offer as well. Overall I couldnt recommend Bob and Kat, and the team they work with, any more highly. They made it as smooth of a process as it could be, walked us through everything, and did it while being exceptionally kind. And now that we live in their neighborhood, I can say that they also make the best of neighbors.
