Dear Kathryn & Bob, First of all, we are so sorry to be sending this thank you and note of huge appreciation so late! We absolutely love our new home and we thank you so much for making our move so enjoyable. We know that we wouldn't have had such a pleasant experience with anyone else. We were such rookies in the whole process and we became pretty wise through the whole thing. Leaving our old home was not easy - it was a place we were very comfortable in and loved. You helped us to get it ready and we appreciate all you did to help us sell it. You assured us that we would find something better that we would learn to love more, and you were right. Your endless and tireless attitude kept us afloat through everything. Thank you for your constant encouragement, hard work, and dedication to us. We were well aware that you have other clients, but you never made us feel that way. Thank you for going to bat for us always... even when the outcome didn't go our way. Again, we found something and were able to get something (our home) that was more than we ever thought we would have. We owe that to you and we will forever be grateful! I still pinch myself sometimes when I look at our house that is quickly becoming our home. We have so much space to run and play and live. Thank you for the magic you did to help make this dream our reality. Thank you for your patience in our thoughts and decisions and directions... there were a lot :)
