My first transaction with Deon was for the sale of my home in Palmdale CA. I was blessed to meet him during a time of crisis when my family was in a serious time crunch to sell our home fast. Deon went above and beyond to assist me with getting my home ready for sell. His trustworthy group of professionals were available to accomplish the needed repairs to my property. They were affordable and completed the work efficiently and quickly. Deon prepared me for the process and made himself available every step of the way. He is an expert at marketing and got me the strongest deal both in final sale price of my home as well as helping me make that difficult decision of which offer to accept (I had multiple offers within days of listing). I was confident in my decison and happy that the deal went through with an easy 30 day escrow process. Deon is an expert in his field with many connections in the Antelope Valley and the LA county. He is smart, friendly, and supported me through the challenging time getting me above asking price and also helped me transiton to temporary housing while I searched for my new home. I have kept in touch through out the years and referred many happy clients to Deon who all have had similar positive experiences because Deon sincerely cares for his clients and works hard for them, building trusting relationships and listening to their needs and having honest and clear expectaions from beginning to end. I gave Deon 5 stars on zillow because that is their highest rating, but he is actually a perfect 10!
