Gold Key Real Estate

We were new to the selling process and a little weary of what to expect. Alcy made the whole process easy, seamless, and so quick! We could not have asked for a better experience. I cannot say enough how stress free and great the service was from Alcy Garcia. If you know anyone that is looking to buy or sell, I would definitely recommend him before anyone else!

After our first buyer fell through, Charles quickly made another Open House for us while our Real Estate Agent was out of town and through that Open House was able to secure himself a new client and a buyer for our home. His quick thinking and turn around made the disappointment of losing a buyer into a win for everyone involved.

Alcy Garcia has once AGAIN proved to be an exceptional Realtor to deal with. My home yet again was sold in the first weekend, he did it again!! I'm not sure how he does it but he manages to do it every time! He was able to walk me thru the process, hold my hand when i needed to be calmed down as I always find this process stressful. He always answered my emails, texts and calls no matter the time of time. I definitely appreciated the level of responsiveness provided. I'm in the process of purchasing a new home and I will definitely work with him and, of course, his team as they are very professional. I highly recommend him to anybody looking to buy their first, second and/ or third home as he will make sure the process is not stressful.

My experience with Brianda Cardenas was exquisite! Her communication skills were always above and beyond well needed and definitely helpful. Brianda had helped me find a lovely home in the middle of May, as soon as she introduced me I fell in absolutely in love. She was always available seven days a week at any hour of the day. When she gave her best judgement you just have the feeling that she really means every word she says. On top of that, she always gave recommendations and made sure I could get the best home possible. So if you need a good and professional realtor, you know who to give a call!

She understands exactly what I want....I'm very happy with her support and she is continues help me after get the house.....thanks for your help Isabell Montero
