Goetz Team at Keller Williams Realty WNY

Jen is the absolute best! When selling your house dont even hesitate to work with hee. She knows how to price your house to make it sell. You will not leave money on the table if you go with Jen, trust her expertise she knows what shes doing! She will also have your home staged perfectly. So much that you might not want to sell it afterwards, haha. She also goes way above and beyond what I would expect from any realtor. We went on vacation and my daughter forgot he homework. Can I just tell you Jen drove a half hour to my house picked up the homework and mailed it to her. You have to love Jen!

Jennifer helped me from even before the beginning?I had not done anything at all to prepare my home for sale and was in a hurry to get it listed. She told me exactly what to do, got a stager who helped a great deal, sent a videographer/photographer who did a great job, and did a beautiful, glossy brochure. She was very helpful in helping us set the selling price, too. She did some groundwork before the first open house, did three or four open houses all with good traffic, and got my house sold in good time near the price we had agreed to list it at. (It would have sold faster had our buyer been reasonable. It was in dealing with our buyer that her excellent negotiation skills and advice were evident.) I?m renting now (a place Jen found), but if I ever decide to buy again, I will definitely call Jen.

Jen, is by far the best real estate agent in Buffalo. She is professional, courteous, and on your side. She will get your house sold so fast, you wont be ready. She is a beast st what she does, thats why she has sold more properties for me than anyone.

Jenn helped us every step of the way as we went from casually looking into buying our first house to getting serious about finding the right fit. I highly recommend her if you?re looking to buy in the Buffalo area!

It is literally because of Jennifer that we are now living in our dream home! From start to finish she was very responsive to our needs, always available, and her expertise and advice were invaluable. Anyone looking to purchase or sell a home would be lucky to work with Jennifer!
