Danielle was amazing. She was patient, knowledgable, kind and easy to work with. She was always willing to answer any questions we have or take us to look at any homes we wanted to view, even if we wanted to go multiple times. She negotiated on our behalf to close earlier than we had anticipated. She was one of the first people we met on El Paso and she helped us figure out what area we would like to live in with her vast knowledge. Danielle was always very kind and patience, she was sending me videos of the houses I liked and sending me all the information I needed. She knew my needs and always was reachable for me for any questions or doubts I had. She is fluent in english and spanish and that was very valuable for my needs. She was always explaining the documents I had to sign when I made an offer and found the perfect home she helped me with the papers and contact that I need to use to continue. An absolute professional. Danielle went out of her way to help us buy a house from oversees. With the time difference and all paperwork being virtual, she was always available for any questions we had. We bought a new build, and she checked up on it for us as it was vacant for couple months. She would send us weekly updates of the progress being built. She also gave us information about the city as we are new residents of El Paso. Very helpful and always went out of her way to help in every aspect of the buying process. We also selected her to be our representative for the house walkthrough as we were unable to make it, and she made sure the building company fixed all the issues found during that walkthrough. I would absolutely recommend her service.
