Matt Green is everything you want in a good realtor and more! He is super knowledgeable about the market, attentive, proactive, and client-focused. He helped us sell our home twice--both times it went under contract in the matter of days for more than we could have ever expected. He provided staging help, phenomenal pictures and videos, and personalized marketing. He even helped to connect us with an agent in another part of the state when we needed one. When we faced a few personal bumps along the road, Matt handled them with professionalism and compassion. Selling a home can be stressful, but Matt will make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible. He is open, communicative, and truly a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a realtor!

I have worked with Matt on numerous real estate deals in the Pottstown, PA market. Matt has unsurpassed local knowledge of Pottstown and the surrounding market, his insights are invaluable. Matt is always accessible and available.

Matt came out in a snow storm to show us a home we were interested in because we were only in town only one day. From that day forward, we were impressed with him. He continued to be our agent throughout our whole process of finding a new home. Which for us took alot in this competitive market. He often made himself available to fit our schedule and was so helpful in helping us zone in on an area for us to look based on our needs. He is extremely knowledgeably and always seemed to have to the answer to anything we asked. If you are looking for an agent who is professional yet easy to talk to and work with, look no further. He will not disappoint you. He knows his stuff. I would highly recommend him.
