We had a great experience working with Amy to find our South End Rental apartment. She paid close attention to all of our preferences in a place to live and was honest with us about the pros and cons of each place we looked at. She was quick to respond and always made time to meet us, even after work hours and on weekends. She also knows the neighborhood really well, so was able to give excellent advice about fair pricing, features of different streets/areas, parking, laundry, etc. I was scouring Zillow every day, and when I found something I liked, Amy would immediately reach out to the listing agent about it. She tailored our MLS emails and would even include a personal message pointing out properties she thought we would be particularly interested in. The best part about Amy was that she was NEVER pushy (unlike many other realtors we have worked with). Though she guided us through the necessity of the quick decision process in the South End, we never felt any pressure from her to sign something that wasn't exactly right. We ended up an an apartment we adore, and are so grateful to Amy for guiding us through the process.
