We were referred to the Tom and Joanne team by a friend and I could not have been happier. I do not trust people easily and always expect people to have ulterior motives, however there was none of that when working with our fabulous real estate agent, Kevin Mara. My fiance and I began our house search back in December and were very skeptical, overwhelmed and naive. As first time home buyers we had no idea what to expect and had many questions. Working with Kevin over the past 8 months made us more knowledgable and made the home buying process enjoyable. He is so well versed in all parts of the home buying process from construction to location, rules and regulations, the list goes on. Every question we had for him he was able to answer with a plethora of knowledge and advise and if on the off chance he didn't know something he was going to find out and get back to us. He was always available whether it be through email, text messaging or phone call. I have never experienced better client contact. Over the 8 months that we spent with Kevin he became more than just our realtor, he became a friend. He was honest about the condition of the homes, the value and his past experience. Not once were we ever pressured into buying something we weren't sure about and even after walking away from a house after the home inspection he completely understood and fully supported us. I appreciated his honesty, his patience and his overall positive attitude. Each day he met us with a smile on his face and enthusiasm that made our experience so enjoyable. He was always very professional while also maintaining a personal and friendly relationship. We will be highly recommending him to our friends and family and will absolutely use him in the future when we are ready to make the move from a condo to a house.
