I have used Tracy twice now and my sister has used her as well, she is wonderful. Very professional & knowledgeable. Any questions I had for both selling my home and when I purchased my new one (and believe me there were many) her quick responses to any questions/concerns I had were greatly appreciated. Mark arranged a team of people to assist with cleaning, staging and city inspections. Once the house was on the market, it sold in one day.
