Get Moving with Gwen, INC - EXIT Realty Fireside

Gwen found us the perfect home, and while ours was a little more difficult to sell, she had many good ideas to move the process along, and never gave up. Her experience in the local market is what drew us to her in the first place and why I would recommend Gwen to anyone looking to sell or buy.

Like Mary Poppins, Gwen is practically perfect in every way! She knew the right people, so we found buyers within 2 weeks of listing! She has been a family friend for years, and we couldn't have been in better hands! She continued working through the most extrenuating of circumstances, and did her job with flying colors. She even assisted my wife and I while we were out of state! Buying it selling Gwen Kosel provides unique and excellent service.

Gwen helped me find my first home in Dubuque. She stood out to me because she really did her homework and I felt confident with the home I purchased, I plan to buy more real estate and will definitely get moving with Gwen!

Gwen was great to work with. She was patient and knowledgeable and was willing to show us a wide range of homes until we found the one we wanted. She acted as our advocate and made us laugh!

Gwen was great to work with, very knowledgeable, and helped us through this stressful process. As we moved our mother into assisted living. She worked with other professionals to get the house in order so that it would sell quickly.
