Geri Westfall Real Estate

Amanda listened and understood exactly what I was looking for in a house! Communication with her was always very responsive, I never felt left out to dry. Amanda made the process so easy all I had to do is decide on a place I liked and sign some papers. The property that I purchased had some damage to the bathroom, Amanda went to bat with negotiations and got me more than I expected for repairs. On top of everything she is very personable and will get the job done right whether you are buying or selling!

It was such a pleasure working with Amanda she really puts her all into making sure your needs are met! She also got me more than I thought I could get for my house!!!! Communication is spot on I definitely recommend her for buying or selling a home!

We listed our home with Brittany and were able to sell our home in under 30 days all while she worked fervently to find us the perfect new home. My favorite thing about working with Brittany was how responsive she was. She was always quick to schedule showings and send us new listings, we felt so at ease under her guidance. Brittany is knowledgeable, flexible, and trustworthy, we are so appreciative of all she did for us!

Sometimes life has a funny way of working out exactly how it's supposed to. My husband and I weren't actively looking for a new house, but an opportunity came our way, so we reached out to Taylor to explore it. While that particular house wasn't the right fit, Taylor encouraged us to take a look at what was actually on the market and find something that truly checked all our boxes. That's when we found the house. The one we instantly fell in love with. The crazy part? We made an offer before our current home was even on the market! Naturally, we were a little nervous, but Taylor confidently told us to trust her and that she'd get our house sold. And she delivered. Our home was under contract within days without ever officially hitting the market, and we closed on both transactions in less than a month. What felt impossible quickly became reality thanks to Taylor's hard work, knowledge, communication, and determination. I'm sharing this because great Realtors truly make all the difference. If you're thinking about buying, selling, or just exploring your options, Taylor is the person you want in your corner. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and we couldn't be more grateful. Thank you, Taylor, for helping us make this next chapter possible!

We didnt know her personally at first, we knew her results. After seeing what she did with a nearby home, we felt confident she was the right choice to help us sell oursaEUR| and she absolutely delivered. Our situation wasnt the easiest, and we had a lot riding on getting our home sold so we could move forward with buying acreage. From the very beginning, she was honest, strategic, and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done to make it happen. One thing that really meant a lot to us was how involved she was. We had some unique features and upgrades in our home that we felt needed to be properly explained to potential buyers, and we really wanted her there to represent the property. Without hesitation, she showed up! That level of commitment and care made a huge difference, and we truly appreciated it. She guided us through pricing, repairs, and decisions that werent always the easiest to hear, but she was right. Because of her expertise and dedication, we were able to get our home under contract and closed smoothly, with terms that worked in our favor. Shes not just a realtor who lists a home, she has a plan, communicates it clearly, and follows through every step of the way. If youre looking for someone who is driven, honest, and fully invested in getting your home sold, we would absolutely recommend Taylor!!
