Taylor Olson is such an amazing person and real estate agent. I have worked with a handful of agents over my 2 year search for a home. I contacted Taylor due to his positive reviews and he exceeded my expectations. Taylor is the greatest of them all! I worked with Taylor less than 2 months and I am now a proud first time home buyer! Taylor is on top of everything. Communication is key and he always kept me in the loop with everything going on. Buying a home can be stressful but Taylor made sure if I ever had any questions he was always available and happy to answer them. In the real estate market you need to act fast. If I wanted to see a house that just listed Taylor would set it up at the time I needed that same day. Most homes within a 30 min time frame. I appreciated his availability. When it came to making offers he would write it up after we would see the property. Taylor is professional, quick and very efficient. Taylor put me in contact with other lenders to make sure I was getting the best possible quote. Everytime we would put an offer in we would always get a counter back he has great negotiation skills. He also knows the area and will also run comps in that area. A lot of realtors don't do that. Taylor is truly an all around wonderful person to work with. Even though he has other clients he makes you feel you are his priority. I am really grateful for everything Taylor has done. Taylor goes above and beyond.
