From Florida Matt got ahold of Taylor and asked him if Taylor could show the house to Matts cousin and shoot a video and send that to us. Matts cousin said that Taylor was exceptional and that we should consider hiring him to show us homes on our upcoming trip to Fresno. We met Taylor at the first house on our list of about 12-14 homes that we were interested in seeing over a two day period. From the moment we met Taylor we were impressed with how friendly he was and how knowledgable he was about Fresno Real Estate. WE learned that Taylor had grown up, gone to school and resided in his home town of Fresno. By the end of the first day after maybe 8 showings we thanked him for his time and set a time to meet the following day. Taylor placed no pressure or expectation on us to move faster than we needed to and he took the time in between showings to get to know us and understand that this was a cross country big decision for Matt and I to make. We had to fly back to Florida and work on selling our home there and we Couldnt have asked for a more knowledgable and helpful realtor than we had found in Taylor. Throughout the entire process of inspections and disclosures and agreeing with the seller on terms we felt 100% comfortable following Taylors guidance and suggestions. We decided that we wanted new floors throughout the house and Taylor met the flooring sales person as well as multiple other people to get them in the house. Taylor is outstanding as a realtor and we are grateful now to be friends too.
