Gay Smith / Associates

She was always there for me. From start to finish. Got the job done!

This realtor seemed out of touch with basic practices. They allowed the seller to be present during the home inspection and final walk through. This resulted in very uncomfortable situations. The seller actually guided us and the Gay Smith Associates realtor through the final walk through. The home inspector they recommended (WinHome) missed several major issues to include a propane leak, a cracked heat exchanger, an inoperative main water shutoff valve, burnt wires on the well tank pressure switch, and OBVIOUS multiple years of water intrusion in the crawl space. The entire buying experience was very odd. This was my 5th home purchase. I've never experienced this kind of unprofessional practices when buying a home.

She was my realtor when I bought my first house. She was really good friends with the seller I bought the house from. A few things needed fixed or replaced, the roof being one of them. The seller was to pay half of the roof. At closing a check was made out to a contractor to pay for half of the price of a new roof. The check went to the contractor and I have yet to see any of this money. Ive reached out to Gay a few times with no response!

We used Gay and her staff to both buy our home 7 years ago and sell it last month. Gay is a no-nonsense realtor who knows her market, We moved out of town, and she and her staff went above and beyond to help us ready the house for sale. Thank you for all your hard work!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with Gay! She is extremely knowledgeable, professional and encouraging. Thank you!!
