Gary DiMauro Real Estate, Inc.

Marty was a great agent for us.We sold our house while we were out of state and he handled many extra details like meeting with plumbers and making sure the house was in good condition(no dead birds in the fireplace) and lots of extras. He knew the area well, was friendly and easy to communicate with. The new owners are very happy as well which makes me think that he was fair and responsive to all. Moreover we are happy with the price that we sold the house for. The sale exceeded our expectations.

Martin was amazing and we highly recommend him. He helped us find an amazing property in Ancram. He was very knowledgeable about the area and helped us through the home inspection process and even recommended an amazing local attorney to help us with the closing process. Post closing he has been so helpful in referring us to contractors to do various things on the property. If you want an agent who will work for your best interests guide you with honest and transparent advice you cannot go wrong with Martin. We are extremely satisfied. Thank you Martin for everything.

Marty was very helpful from beginning to end. Very diligent and proactive in finding and sending listings on a daily basis. Understood what I was looking for and also appropriately encouraged me to consider additional areas and options. Was very helpful in answering a million questions and brought a wealth of knowledge about the areas, the process, houses, etc. Learned a lot and ultimately am very happy with my new house.

Martin Salerno was so helpful in my search for a property that fit my requirements. He understood what my criteria was and never tried to steer me away from that. Once we found a property, his communication skills were outstanding, always following up with emails and answering phone calls right away. Martin is very experienced and brought his years worth of knowledge to me as a client. He know everyone, and keeps a roster of general contractors, gardeners, snow removal companies, and the list goes on. When looking at properties with Martin, he always gave honest opinions, never hiding negative points but also had solutions to how to fix those negative points. My next property search will be with Martin Salerno for sure.

Marty helped us buy our first home! He was a great agent with an incredibly extensive knowledge of both Columbia and Dutchess county as well as the surrounding areas. His attention to detail and personal/professional insight is both helpful and unique. He really will just tell it like it is, and wont try and sell you on anything you dont want. Hes great to work with, as you slowly (or quickly) figure out what it is you are really looking for. I highly recommend Marty for anyone in the market located in the upstate NY area!
