Gambino Luxury Living @ milehimodern

Cindy and Sara did an amazing job!! We found a great property after looking for over a year!! We were very pleased with all their help finding the right house and location!

I feel blessed we were referred to Sara for our condo purchase. After trying two other non-responsive Realtors who didnt seem to want our business, working with this amazing team was a dream. We were even a hard case and Sara still took us on. We had many stipulations for what we were looking for, yet Sara found the perfect condo for us. The process was smooth and this team was on top of everything. We couldnt have asked for a better buying experience and will recommend Nelson and Gambino group to anyone looking for a Realtor.

Cindy and Sara helped understand my specifications and guided me to properties that fit exactly what my family and I wanted. The whole team helped us investigate different aspects of the property as we did our due diligence, and they also advocated for us during the closing process. This is a wonderful team with the perfect blend of professionalism and personal touch.

Sara and Carlo are the ?Dream Team? . Their knowledge , expertise and local contacts sold our home this past January. We received an offer within 24 hrs. and signed a contract within 48hrs. The inspection revealed some seriously needed repairs . They arranged and scheduled for all of these, which were completed by first class tradesman and still in time to keep the original 30 day closing. All during this past January while we were experiencing sub zero temps. Working with them was a great experience and I couldn?t recommend them enough !
