Ted is a local realtor that is an expert in the safety harbor area. He helped us through selling our home. He was extremely responsive to all communication and any concerns. He was always available to us by phone/text. He is extremely knowledgeable in the whole process, which was very helpful, as we were pretty clueless. The ups and downs on our house selling journey were made easier due to his sense of humor and grace with the entire process. Ted was very responsive. Almost always answered the phone and on the few times he didn't, he got back to me within an hour or so. Always answered emails. Was a major help to represent me as I was a non-resident, out-of-state owner. He was very knowledgeable of my condominium complex, Hill Crest Villas (Clearwater FL) and the related management association and the related market for condos in the area and specifically in the complex.. He linked me up with a great closing title service. They knew every in & out and requirement and for the entire process, everything went pretty much 100% smooth & easy.
