My husband and I were given Cyndees name from a friend of mine. From the first day I called her she was attentive and dedicated to getting our Townhouse sold. It was around the election that it was being listed which gave me some concern, but we had a full price offer within 2 days! I would definitely recommend working with Cyndee!

Jack and Cyndee are by far the most professional agents Ive ever worked with. I have a great perspective as wellaEUR| i bought two beach condos with them I own a mortgage company for the last 20 years and I work with thousands of real estate agents. The fact that I chose to work with them out of everybody should say it all. Knowledge is power and combine that with professionalism you cannot lose if you choose to work with Cyndee and Jack.

A lying realtor. We saw a home Cyndee listed within a few hrs of it coming on the market. We called and met her within the hour. We loved the home and wanted to put an offer immediately. We did not have a realtor representing us and she told us she can represent us and her seller. She also offered us a 1% buyers credit at closing. After the inspection period, she showed her true colors. She didn't return calls, or emails, wouldn't let us see the property again till closing and she did NOT give us the 1% credit. She is a liar and the worst realtor we've ever worked with. Stay away.

Cyndee is incredible! After a sub-par experience with the realtor who put me in my first home, Cyndee helped me sell it for a 100k profit -- far better than I could have imagined! Then she helped put my fiancA(C) and I into a new home in a beautiful St. Pete neighborhood for 20k under asking price by making the offer more attractive in other ways. Home buying and selling is stressful and confusing when it's not what you do. Cyndee was knowledgeable, communicative, patient, hard-working, and a phenomenal advocate and negotiator. She was so good I referred her to two sets of friends who she also worked wonders for! She has a client, a referral source, and a friend for life as far as I'm concerned. 20 Stars if I could!!
