Working with Chris and his team was an absolute game-changer. We really liked his strategic negotiation style and in-depth local knowledge which gave us a massive advantage in a competitive seller's market in Metrowest. The whole team specifically Chris, Andres and Moira is incredibly responsive, professional, and a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone buying a home!

Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Most importantly, he is responsive and works at almost all hours. He helped gather leads for attorneys and lenders, and his realty firm helped with communication and elaboration during a hectic process.

Maria really helped me to navigate the market in Cambridge/Somerville as a newcomer to the area and to secure a lease that met more of my wants and needs than seemed practical given the state of the market. Thank you very much!

Chris Andres and Moira are an excellent team. They are true professionals: they know the market, the process, and how to negotiate. The knowledge they bring when touring properties is a huge value. But they are also professionals because they arent in a hurry. My wife and I found a home better than we could have imagined after two years of looking. The team was super patient and persistent in that time, ready to go as soon as we needed to make an offer, but not pushing anything in between.

Working with Maria and Gonzalo made buying my first home a pleasant experience. I was initially looking for a condo in the city and ended up finding a house with a yard and tons of space in a finished basement. Their patience and knowledge really helped me navigate the process smoothly and I'm so glad I got to work with them!
