Front Real Estate Co

Rance helped us sell our house. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone buying or selling. He is upfront, he was reliable and always willing to help answer any questions I had. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Thank you Rance!

I have had nothing but a awesome experience working with Rance. He made us feel at ease from day one. He showed up the first day I called him. He had done his homework on my home and the area and was ready to start working on getting us the best deal he could which he did. I will never use anyone but him. I have had experience with other realtors and they were not even close to him. I have recommended Rance to other people and will continue too.

Rance Halfmann made the selling process very easy which lifted a huge burden off my family and I. Hes very responsive, has excellent coordination skills and is extremely knowledgeable. Selling a home at the start of the pandemic presented some challenges, but he was easily able to adjust to state regulations while keeping the same level of service. He exceeded my expectations by meeting his commitments while guiding my family through the selling process. I recommend his services to anyone that is looking for the best agent in the industry in my opinion. If I ever buy/sell another house, Rance Halfmann would be my only choice.
