Front Porch Realty - Real Broker LLC

Brittany Wenninger and Front Porch Realty was great to work with. I used them to find my first and second Short Term Rental in the area and she went above and beyond. Her knowledge about the STR space was incredible and she even provided us with a STR packet on how to analyze and manage it. She mentioned that her and her husband are starting up a STR management company and I am intrigued.

Brittany is so wonderful, inside and out! She is always responsive and helped bring ease to what I thought would be a stressful experience. She is attentive and passionate about what she does, finding your home sweet home.

Brittany was excellent, unlike other realtors she made sure my interests came first. The first few properties were lacking and she didn't try to hide any of there flaws which lead me to my first home in which I'm in love with. I can't wait to do business with her in the future! Thanks for everything!

I've worked with Brittany on two transactions and she was great on both. I represented the Seller in both deals and she brought the Buyer and she was knowledgeable and did a great job representing her clients. Both deals closed smoothly and I would happily work with Brittany again. Enjoyed the transactions!

Brittany was a breath of fresh air in my home purchase journey. She offered honesty, kindness, and understanding of what a big deal this was for me. She took something that was so stressful and exciting and made ease of it, guided me every step of the way. She checks in and is always available for questions post purchase. Brittany is a unique find in a realtor; it's not just about the sale. She cares, she really does. ??
