It was stressful for me but him and his wife both made everything so easy and did a great job giving me advice and helping with every situation. I highly recommend them. Rondalin was great to work with. Great local knowledge for the area I was looking into. She was very positive and helpful when additional inspections were required to close escrow. She was able to pull the right team members together when needed. I'm very pleased with Rondalins professionalism.

Kelly did a great job helping us purchase our new home. She was very communicative and walked us through each step, making sure that we were taken care of. She is very personable, and gave us helpful advice, too!

I didn't have the greatest experience in dealing with Ronda. The house was overpriced which I didn't know. The house needed many repairs including a roof. Ronda recommended I bid over the asking price. I refused which she wasn't happy about it. I ended up getting the house for my negotiated price but later found out I paid what the house was worth which left me out of pocket about 15k for a new roof amongst many other things wrong with the house. When the house sold she couldn't meet me at the house because she said she had an injury but conveniently enough, she left the keys at the house and removed her sign which led me to bellieve this was planned. There were other small things I had asked her to ask the selling agent which she clearly didn't do. I believe her motive was making a quick sale to get money in her pocket. I waited many months to post a review as I wanted to think it through. I don't enjoy speaking poorly about someone. Once I had had enough time to think about things, I decided this review was the right thing to do.

We had such a great experience working with John! Going into the home buying process, we were honestly pretty nervous and had no idea what to expect, but John made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. From looking at houses and going through listings with us, to giving us his honest insight on each property; he was always there to answer questions and help us make informed decisions. He was incredibly responsive, always on top of everything, and never made us feel pressured to buy something that wasnt right for us. When it came time to negotiate, he did an amazing job advocating for us and always made us feel like he genuinely had our best interests in mind. We really felt like we had someone in our corner the entire time, and we couldnt be happier with our experience. Were so grateful for all of Johns help and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home! We couldnt have done it without him!
