Ted and his staff, especially Fran Fryman, did a great job for us. Ted's people have sold three homes for us in the Trilogy community (two were family Estate sales and one was our home). The staff did a great job in staging the homes, setting the right prices and communicating with us as to the status of buyer negotiations. Our home actually sold only 8 hours after being placed on the MLS, and for much more than the listing price! Overall we have had VERY good experiences with Ted's people and their services.
