Ted and his staff, especially Fran Fryman, did a great job for us. Ted's people have sold three homes for us in the Trilogy community (two were family Estate sales and one was our home). The staff did a great job in staging the homes, setting the right prices and communicating with us as to the status of buyer negotiations. Our home actually sold only 8 hours after being placed on the MLS, and for much more than the listing price! Overall we have had VERY good experiences with Ted's people and their services. Highly recommended.

You can really tell that Ted and the other agents are knowledgeable and professional, and that they enjoy what they are doing. They respect each other and we were welcomed as part of the whole team.
