Deb was the listing on the first home we looked at. We ended up not going with that house but we liked Deb so much we asked her to show us other homes even though she was not the listing agent. She helped us find our HOME. Deb stood by our side and walked us through the home buying process step by step. Her communication with us, the bank, the sellers agent and several contractors was verry helpful. I can actualy say the process of buying a home, which scared me to death, was so smooth and easy with Deb on my side. Deb treated us like family, not a client. For that I am thankful. Deb was very informative on price range of the house, took good pictures and posted them to houses for sale book, kept me informed on if lookers were interested in house or just looking and she is very easy to work with. She has the sellers interest to be first and will advise on how to make better looking. Would recommend her highly.

Deb was SO patient with me. Ive been gone from Illinois for 35 years, so the housing was completely different from when I left in aEUR~85, and entirely different from my then current home in Carmel, IN.
