Freedle and Associates

Megan was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful in our home buying process. She is incredibly friendly and even purchased me and my wife a thoughtful house warming gift after putting in so much effort to get us the best deal on a home as possible. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Denver area!

We had an amazing experience working with our realtor. From start to finish, she made us feel like we were her top priorityaEUR"always responsive, thoughtful, and one step ahead of everything we needed. Even though we knew she had plenty of "side pieces", she somehow made us feel like the aEURoemain chickaEUR? the entire time. That level of care and attention is rare, and it made a stressful process feel smooth and even enjoyable. Were incredibly grateful and would recommend her to anyone without hesitation.

Megan did an outstanding job selling our house. She put in a lot of time and effort to make sure we had a quick sale at top dollar. I highly recommend her and the whole Freedle team!

If there is a perfect realtor, Megan is absolutely it. My wife and I began working with Megan in late July and we looked at around 50 homes over the course of about 3 months before finding the one we absolutely loved. She was always on top of things and readily available to answer questions, schedule showings, and walk us through the daunting task of buying a home. We had a lot of ups and downs in our search, and Megan remained positive, compassionate, patient, and helpful the entire time. Without Megan, I dont think we would have ever been able to get the house we did for the deal with got it at. As I said, she is amazing and my wife and I are eternally grateful to her for everything. We will never need to look for another realtor ever again should we decide to buy or sell; Megan is our realtor for life.

Jake helped us sell a condo downtown Denver and buy a house in the Congress Park neighborhood. Our journey was longaEUR"four years of searching and four houses under contract, but we had to pull out of the first three due to inspection issues. Most realtors would have fired us. Not only did Jake stick with us, but he also never once complained and was our cheerleader the entire time. We never once felt pressured by him into anything, and he managed to get us under contract in every case that we hoped to. He secured us concessions on our behalf and, in the end, made closing a huge delight. We can't imagine working with a better realtor than Jake and recommend him to absolutely everyone we can.
