Fred Sed Group

The Fred Sed group is very responsive. My Realtor, Fio Vazquez was amazing. She helped me anyway humanly possible. The process was totally new and scary to me. She certainly made it easy and explained everything clearly. She also got me help from others as needed to make sure I make smart decisions. I felt at ease due to her simplifying things every step of the process. I am happy.

Not happy with local knowledge, service, and communication. Incompetence. Incorrectly advertised the wrong information and did not help me sell. I was not educated during the process and rushed into a decision. Definitely do not recommend Fio or Fred Sed Group.

We couldnt have asked for a better real estate agent than Fio Vazquez. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through every step of the home-buying process, making everything much less stressful. She helped us purchase the home of our dreams and did an amazing job negotiating, saving us a significant amount of money. She was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small, and made us feel confident and informed throughout the entire process. What really sets Fio apart is how much she genuinely cares about her clients. She always had our best interests in mind and went above and beyond to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible. If youre looking for someone who is professional, honest, responsive, and truly dedicated to her clients, we highly recommend Fio Vazquez. We are so grateful for everything she did for our family!
