Moving from Oregon to Florida is never easy. On top of that, picking a realtor at random, certainly can be risky. When we pulled up to the real estate office, we were greeted with the words "Calk 5-Star Bobbie!" On the reader board. I must say, he did not disappoint. He had listened well to our wishes and showed us some outstanding homes. We chose one that very day. Unfortunately, due to the seller, the deal fell through. However, just as the the sign described, Bobbie went right back to work and found us a new home while we were back in Oregon. He took us through the home via Facetime and facilitated the entire deal. Bobbie is absolutely the best real estate professional that I have ever had the opportunity to work with. There is no reason to choose anyone else if you want your dream home. Bobby helped me buy and sell a home in On Top of the World, Ocala. He is very knowledgable about real estate in Ocala in general, other retirement communities, and the surrounding rural areas. Although he is a strong family man with young children he works long hours at least 6 days a week and will respond even into the early evening. He is a full time career realtor, not someone who retired here, etc. He has good contacts for repairs and inspections and seems to have a good reputation with other realtors. Bobby gives thoughtful advise in a suggestive, non-directive way, that shows his experience & good judgement. Very helpful even when I just wanted to follow my gut. I have had realtors in CA, OR and FL and Bobby is at the top of my list; and, obviously at the top of his game. I highly recommend him.
