Patrice Schneider is prompt and helpful with providing outside resources. She was also sympathetic about the horrible condition of the house after my squatter had left. The house got broken into afterwards - twice! She still managed to pull off the sale. Frankly, I wouldn't have touched this house with a million bucks behind it. I'm just glad to be gone.
