An out of state relocation can be a stressful situation, unless you are fortunate enough to have Jason Luna as a realtor. I cannot write words that describe how great of a realtor Jason is. We were relocating to Colorado and given Jason's contact information by our realtor (selling our house) in California. After several phone conversations, text messages, and emails, we made a quick trip out to Colorado to visit a few different towns and get an idea of which one suited our family best. Jason devoted his time to us throughout our visit to get us into as many homes as possible and never made us feel like we were imposing on him for taking up so much time.Towards the end of our trip, we had an idea of what town we would like to live in and before verbalizing it, Jason was on the same page. He pays attention to detail in such a manner that we has able to pick up on cues from both my husband and myself on what we each liked individually and as a couple, in a home. By the time that we left, unfortunately, we did not have a home that we were ready to purchase. However, after meeting Jason in person, we were not concerned and knew that it would work out. Less than a week after we left Colorado, Jason contacted us about a home that was perfect for us. He scheduled a showing, where he took videos and detailed notes for us to review. We were in love with the home and put in an offer, site unseen, because we trusted Jason that much. Fast forward 6 weeks later and we are in our new home and it is perfect. Without Jason, this process would not have been possible and we are forever grateful.I cannot give Jason enough praise for his ability to find us the perfect home. He answered my relentless (type A personality) questions and kept in constant contact throughout the home buying process. Without a doubt, I would recommend Jason for anyone who is looking to buy or sell. Should we need a realtor in the future, I can guarantee that we will be using him!
