This real estate agent is like no other! I went from traveling on my own looking at house and most agents were happy to pressure me into buying a house, Vincent on the other hand made it clear he wanted to help me find a house that really fit my interests. He worked closely with me sending emails and texts about potential deals, he was extremely responsive and kind. Honestly he made this whole house hunt so much more fun and efficient than I ever expected it to be!!

Not sure who should be your realtor? I didnt either. Ive been a mortgage processor for almost 20 years and have worked with far too many realtors - but who do you pick? I didnt want to work with anyone I knew or chose someone over the other. I couldnt risk ruining a friendship or a working relationship - and what if things went sour? So I chose someone I didnt know, but saw his face weekly on my shopping cart when I went to the market. I figured, let me just call and see how it goes... and thats how I sold my house - thanks to Walter Florian. Walter is quite experienced, very personable and has a solid team of professionals that will get the job done. When I wasnt sure what to list our house for, he went above and beyond and had an appraisal done so we could confidently gauge the value. The photographer he sent took the most amazing 3-D photographs that once Walter shared them with his team - we didnt even have to list our house on the internet. Within one day we had an offer, day two was the inspection and by day four -- contracts were drawn. Boom! The whole process went so smoothly that I kept waiting for there to be a hiccup or a delay, or some kind of issue b/c there always is! Yet somehow I lucked out and everything came together seamlessly; from start to finish the entire process took two months. When I had questions, Walter got answers. I must say that in this industry - his honesty was extremely refreshing...there was no fluff or any BS. So if you didnt know who should be your realtor, now you do!

Walter achieved everything we asked of him and more. He definitely exceeded our expectations and was there for our family every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable and knows what it takes to sell a home (he will get you top dollar). The best in the area and will use him again in a heartbeat.
