My husband and I were looking for the perfect house to start our family in and Grace was absolutely amazing. She showed us a bunch of properties and was always willing to at least go and look. Grace always did her research of every house we checked out and was more then helpful. In the end she found us the perfect house and we fell in love with it right away. It was a difficult transaction with sellers who were less then cooperative and still Grace handled everything with a smile. She advocated for us and went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we asked for! She made the home purchasing process a delight and we will be using her in the future (hopefully not for a long time) but we will also be recommending her to any friends and family looking. 10/10 she isn't only a great realtor she also became a great friend!

Grace is very professional and knowledgeable, for any realtor, but especially for someone of her age and years in the business. She was always on-time (if not early) for appointments, and a great communicator. She was also very flexible if we got our signals crossed, or wanted to view a property at the last minute.
