Foggy River Realty

We cannot recommend Cole Currier & Company highly enough. Our home search was anything but straightforward, but Cole and his colleagues went above and beyond. When there were no houses for sale in the neighborhood we had our hearts set on, Cole wrote letters to every homeowner in the area and followed up with phone calls. He found an amazing property that wasn't on the market. Everyone in the agency was extremely helpful and flexible. There was always someone available to show a property or answer our questions. Shelly (admin) walked us through all the closing details and helped arrange inspections, title company work, etc. If you want an agency who will go the extra mile- even when the odds aren't in your favor- Currier & Company is it!

You couldn't ask for a better agent than Cole. He worked with us over a period of time as we searched for the perfect place to build. He was always incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and took time to understand our needs. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone in the market buying or selling, and we'll use him again for our next transaction.

Cole Courier is the epitome of a top-notch realtor. From the moment we met, Coles professionalism, expertise, and dedication were evident. He guided us through the entire selling process always keeping us informed and involved. His in-depth knowledge of the market allowed them to price our home perfectly, attracting numerous offers. Cole's exceptional negotiating skills ensured we got the best possible deal. He went above and beyond, handling all the paperwork and coordinating with the buyer's agent, saving a lot of stress. His warm and friendly demeanor made the experience truly enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend Cole Courier to anyone looking for a realtor who will go the extra mile to ensure a successful sale.

From the first meeting to the closing, I knew I was in good hands with Cole Currier & Company. I received realistic advice to make improvements before listing, regular check-ins for every step, and personal touches throughout. Every member of the staff was professional and thoughtful.

Cole and his team are 5 star. They are always willing to answer questions and offer valuable perspective. They have great insight when it comes to current market conditions, and they know when to push for a better deal. Cole has years of experience in southwest Missouri, and I would highly recommend he and his team to any one looking for a real estate professional.
