Brief introduction: I am Chinese, bought house in Oviedo FL 32765 area. I had used at least 10 agents before for the home purchase. Actually, I bought 2 home so far. I used most agents only one time, then drop it because you can tell the difference right away. I never had someone recommend an agent for me. When I shop the house, I clicked the contact then randomly select one. Based on the most agents I met before even if with some agent friends, Scott is the most professional agent I had ever seen. Scott follow exactly the standard procedure to show the house, introduce the house, contact among buyer/seller, push finance agent/broker to work on the loan. Here are the typical good parts of Scott: 1. He will not push or rush you to buy, unless you like it. ( I am not millionaire so I can not choose the prefect house in the world). Scott will wait for the prefect house meet your need. 2. Scott will not introduce a junk or house with many problems or potential problems to you. He always points out for you to let you be aware about it. I believe most of the agents do not have such integrity because some agents will keep mouth shut and let you make the decision. However, Scott will do some search and warn you for the condition of house. 3. The estimate price from Scott is accurate because he know this area very well. The houses I looked before almost fell out my price range. 4. He will write notes whenever he looked the house for you. 5. Those contactors introduced from him are pretty good. 6. He is very patient and polite, very gentleman type person. The most professional part from him once the house get into the offer and closing stage. He will monitor everything for you and follow up every procedures in very details. Even if I was accountant before, I barely imagine myself can be professional like him. He is very carefully into every detail once the offer, counter offer and closing stage. So as a buyer, you have someone take care of for you for everything!
