FLORIDA PREMIER

William is the professional realtor everyone wishes they could work with on the sale or purchase of their house. He is personable and engaging but always is alway looking out for the best interest of his client. My wife and I were lucky enough to be connect to William when we requested to view a house at the last minute on a Sunday through a realty app. From the moment we connected with William, he went above and beyond on every step of the home buying process. He took care of everything from skillfully negotiating the price, scheduling the inspector, and connecting us to insurance agents. When the homeowner offered to sell the tv in the house, William went out of his way to get the receipt and warranty information for the TV in case we needed it. William made the challenging process of buying a house a breeze. We felt as though we left our most trusted friend or family member to handle the negotiation, the scheduling, and worrisome tasks. Everyone should have an opportunity to experience the home buying process my wife and I did with someone as professional, thoughtful, and hardworking as William Enchinosa.

Buying a home during these times definitely isnt easy, yet William provided us with the expertise and calmness needed to navigate the stressful process. William and his team were proactive in getting us into showings for properties that had JUST hit the market and they were always easy to reach (regardless of the time, sorry for the late calls!) William not only talked us through the process of making the aEURoerightaEUR? offers but also explained the process to us, every step of the way. We are glad that we worked with William and look forward to working with him again in the future if the situation were to arise. Thank you, Will!
