First I should tell you that I am not the most trusting person. It takes a lot of time after meeting someone for me to decide whether or not the person I am dealing with is trustworthy. I called Karen in Jan. 2014 to list my home for rent. We spoke briefly and she was very knowledgeable in regards to renting. I hesitated and three months later I called her again. She did not remember me, however, I remembered her very well. We spoke this time about listing my home for sale, and that afternoon I had the pleasure of meeting with her in my home. After our greeting, she asked me who was maintaining my lawn. I told her who and that I was not happy with them. With my permission, she called and informed them that they were no longer needed and contacted a new service to start that week. I listed my home with her that day. I informed her that I was moving back to So Fla. that week. I was worried about leaving my home in Mt. Dora and moving so far away and told her so. She assured me that she would make sure the house would be fine and that she would check it and let me know if anything was wrong. She did this for me and eased my mind of worry. Each time we spoke, I trusted her more and more. She never let me down and always kept the communication open. She always responded to my calls and always in a timely manner. My home was on the market for approximately six months. She sold it three times for full asking price, the third time was the charm. Karen is a very experienced, very knowledgeable real estate agent. She is honest, responsible, moral and has high integrity. Selling a home can be a very frightful, worrisome experience. Karen made all of that go away for me. I am happy to say that I am lucky to have found her for my agent. I am also happy to say that I consider Karen a friend now.
